What exactly do I receive?
You receive complete architectural design documentation tailored to your collection tier— including 2D CAD drawings, 3D photorealistic renderings, material specifications, equipment schedules, and a digital deliverable package. These plans are ready to present to any qualified pool builder for accurate bidding and construction.
Do you build the pool?
No. Blueprint is a design studio—we create the architectural plans and specifications. You take these plans to your chosen builder (or we can recommend qualified builders in your region). This model gives you luxury design without the premium pricing of design-build firms.
What's included in "engineering coordination"?
We coordinate with licensed third-party structural and civil engineering firms to ensure your pool design meets all local building codes and requirements. Engineering fees are passed through at cost with no markup—typically $1,500–$3,500 depending on project complexity and jurisdiction.
Can I upgrade my collection later?
Yes. Many clients begin with Classic Collection and upgrade to Signature or Legacy Masterworks as their vision expands. The price difference is credited based on services already rendered. Contact us to discuss upgrade options.
How long does the design process take?
Classic Collection: 2–3 weeks. Signature Collection: 4–6 weeks. Legacy Masterworks: 6–10 weeks. Timelines depend on revision rounds, client responsiveness, and project complexity. We never rush the design process—each project receives the time it deserves.
