Blueprint by Timeless Pools emerged from a simple recognition: exceptional pool design deserves to stand on its own.
For over 20 years, Timeless Pools has been synonymous with luxury pool design and construction. Our full-service design-build approach created some of the region's most celebrated outdoor living spaces, earning industry awards and the trust of discerning homeowners.
But we recognized an opportunity: clients who valued world-class design but preferred to work with their own builders, or who simply wanted our architectural expertise without full construction management. These clients didn't need less quality—they needed a different service model.
Blueprint was created as a dedicated luxury pool design studio. The same GENESIS® certified designers who create Timeless Pools' award-winning projects now focus exclusively on architectural design, 3D visualization, and comprehensive design documentation.
